How to Choose Between The Solfeggio and Solar Harmonics Tuning Forks

Choosing a set of tuning forks is a lot easier when you approach the decision from who you are and how you want to get where you want to be. I try to give as much information as I can in the product description of  each tuning fork set. It includes personal experience, feedback from clients and other practitioners and what I feel is reliable research. The pitfall most everyone seems to fall into is to make a decision based on words, a left brain decision. Gather as much information as you need but base your decision on who you are and which tuning forks would fit best with your intentions.

I'll explain this using the the most popular unweighted tuning fork sets, the Solar Harmonics and Solfeggio. Working with these sets will take you to essentially the same place, a still point -- a place of deep meditation and silence where many people find awareness, understanding and a sense of peace. So if each of these sets take you to the same place, how do you chose?

This is where the set descriptions and experience and feedback from others are important. For example, the Solfeggio Tuning Forks are based on numerology found in the Old Testament, the numbers 3, 6 and 9. The Solar Harmonics are based on the 5 elements, earth, fire, water, air and ether.

To choose between these sets, you should ask where you feel most connected. If you feel connected to numerology or the spiritual connection of the Old Testament, then choose the Solfeggio. If you feel a connection the elements or Native American teachings and earth energies then select the Solar Harmonics.

The very act of asking your self which set you feel connected to can still be an intellectual decision. So if you are still uncertain then ask your body.

Ask Your Body

The most reliable way to know which set is best for you is to not decide with your head, decide in your body. Close your eyes, take a deep breath and think of the Solfeggio. At that moment, do you feel good or is there a feeling of unease? If feel good then this is the set for you. Then do the same thing for any other sets you are considering. You may think it is a little silly but it is the best way to make a decision not based on intellect or emotion.

I've recently started helping people to decide this way and it works every time. I know this because when they say what they are feeling, there is confidence behind the words. Give it  a try.
