Shipping Quotes

While shipping via the postal service is more economical, shipping via UPS is more reliable and provides for better tracking. UPS is also much faster when shipping outside the USA. It is however, more expensive. Never-the-less we encourage you to ship via UPS if you can. To determine the cost of shipping, select View Cart and click on 'Add Info'. Enter your country and zip/postal code then click on 'Estimate Shipping'.

We recommend UPS for shipping because tracking and delivery schedule is much more accurate and reliable. All shipments with UPS are insured.

Shipping Outside the United States

Please remember that your country may charge an import VAT or GST for orders over a certain dollar amount. Unfortunately we are not able to calculate that for you. Please check with your local customs agency for more details.

Orders shipped via USPS First Class International Service is not trackable and therefore not insured. Please choose either USPS Priority Mail or UPS Expedited if you are concerned about your local postal service.

UPS is the fastest and most reliable shipping option for delivery outside the US. All packages are insured and tracking very accurate so you will know exactly when your order will be delivered.

Where's my stuff

All orders usually ship within 48 hours. We'll email you if there is a delay. When your order ships we will email you a confirmation and tracking number so that you can follow your order online. Alternatively, you can watch grass grow or paint dry.

Returns are Easy

Tuning forks can be returned for refund within 15 days of delivery. Email or give us a call at 877.895.6609 in the USA or Canada. Let us know what you want to return, we will give you the return address and it is done! For orders which received free shipping, your refund will be your total order less our shipping cost.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on special orders.

Omnivos does not refund shipping charges.
