Clear Quartz Gem Foot
The clear quartz gem foot attaches to all Omnivos and Biosonics tuning forks. People use the gem foot to amplify energy and vibration transmitted but the tuning fork. It is best used with weighted tuning forks. The smooth crystal makes it easy to smoothly slide the tuning fork along the body while it is vibrating. Recommended for the Otto 128 and Om 136.1. Do I need an activator with this tuning fork?
Not really. You can activate a weighted tuning fork by tapping it against the palm of your hand. Watch the Getting Started videos to learn how. If you have arthritis in your hands then a activator is a good idea. If you are a practitioner seeing clients then we recommend not using the activator for a weighted tuning fork because it makes a thud sound which disturbs the quiet space you are trying to create.

Still learning it's many uses
I use this after driving to help release some tension in my neck and shoulders. I find that it works great helping me get to sleep at night. Usually one application on my forehead is all I need to relax. I use it when my muscles cramp up. It doesn't relieve my pain but helps it not get any worse, like in the case of menstrual cramps. Overall, I like it as a tool for stress relief/pain management.

Great product! I have been using the Ohm Earth amd Otto 128 for years and just purchased a new set as my originals got misplaced (or borrowed ...) my kids often ask to use them if they are having trouble falling asleep. I have also used them to relieve pain from headaches. Great tool to use professionally as well with students working on self regulation.

Suitabe for getting rid of pain...
I'm holiday-healer/therapist in Japan with reiki, theta healing, shiatsu, and massage. I tried to use it my criant on his ache (knee) at the first time, he cried "Hey, Kei, where is my pain?!! I might leave my pain somewhere!" Suitabe for getting rid of pain... He's always been suffered with his knee-ache for a long time when it was rainy/crowdy days. If he get it himself, I must be lose my criant! It's joking which I may lose my criant but this tuning fork is really good for pain such as above example!

Great tool for body work...
Great tool for body work... I Practice Shiatsu, and I incorporate this fork in my treatments. I find it works very good on acupressure points and my clients love it. I strongly suggest you also get the earth tuner, Using both will produce binural beats. I start My session and end up my session, with the beats. This will put any one in an alpha state, much more efficient that any recording out there.

Very Relaxing...
Very Relaxing... This Tuning Fork C128 is a very good tool. I used it on myself the very first day i got it and it relaxed me so much that when I went to bed (10m after the session)I sank deep and slept very well! Usually I wake up more than twice a night and last night I had a deep sleep and felt very rested. Maybe i will do it every night and see how it goes!

I'm really glad
I purchased both the otto 128 and ohm earth tuning forks and I'm really glad I did. I have never used tuning forks before and I didn't know what to expect but decided to give them a try. I have chronic pain and the day after I received them I decided to try them on the severe pain I was having in my legs. After moving up my legs and knees I really wasn't sure anything happened then within the hour my pain was totally gone! Additionally, I had very vivid dreams and could feel that it was helping to release and move that stagnant energy. I have since used them on other areas of the body and even on my kids with the same success. I will be adding additional tuning forks to my collection and would highly recommend.
