Using crystal singing bowls and his shaman background, Frederic Nogray takes you on a journey into different states of consciousness, awareness and ultimately, liberation. As Frederic explains, there are sacred plants in shaman traditions which invite us to a powerful, expanded state of being.

It is in this state of being that we can realize who we are. That inner knowing enables us to heal and release that which does not serve us. The result is true freedom. With that intention, Frederic uses his shaman experience and the power of crystal singing bowls to create and use music as a vehicle to bring us to that point where we can claim our personal freedom. It drives us deep into our inner consciousness and expands to all Creation; a place where macro and micro meet into a silent place where all is possible. Frederic's hope with his music is to share with all of us that we can heal, awaken and become free.
