Warranty Information

A defective singing bowl from Crystal Tones is extremely rare. There have been times where a bowl and its caretaker did not resonate with each other. If that should occur, give us a call and we will give you return instructions. Crystal Tones only provides for exchange only so we cannot offer refunds. We will work tirelessly to make sure you are overjoyed with your singing bowls.
