How We Ship

Shipping to the United States

We offer free shipping for all orders over $75 in the USA and orders over $100 in Canada. Elsewhere, shipping is discounted by 25% after your order is placed.

Shipping for tuning forks, didgeridoos and wind chimes is usually between $5-$20 and is base on weight. Shipping for Gongs and Crystal Singing Bowls start at $25 and increases depending upon the size and quantity of your order. Crystal Singing Bowls, Gongs and Didgeridoos are shipped via UPS Ground fully insured, you bear no responsibility if your order is damaged in transit. A less expenive postal service shipping is also available for tuning forks, books and CDs. The post office has been proven to be reliable however their tracking system is no as good as UPS.

Shipping Outside the United States

Crystal Singing Bowls, Gongs and Didgeridoos are shipped via UPS fully insured, you bear no responsibility if the order is damaged in transit. All other products are shipped via the US Postal Service, priority mail.

We try to give you an estimated if not exact shipping quote with each product but we are not always able to give an exact quote for the larger more fragile products. If this occurs, we will contact you with additional charges, if any, before your order is processed.

If you would like to confirm shipping costs before placing your order, please  email us with your country, city and postal code along with the items you'd like to order.

Where's my stuff

Most products ship within 24 hours. The exception is crystal singing bowls and gongs which may take up to 4 days to ship due to the preparation and care given to ensure your order arrives safely. If you need faster shipping, please call or email us.

When your order ships we will email you a confirmation and tracking number so that you can follow your order online. Alternatively, you can watch grass grow or paint dry.

Returns are Easy

Just call us at 877.895.6609 in the USA or Canada or 001.339.933.0380 elsewhere, let us know what you want to return, we give you the return address and it is done!

Omnivos does not refund shipping charges nor can we accept returns or exchanges on special orders. In some cases, additional shipping charges may apply for exchanges. Some manufacturers may also charge a restocking fee ranging from 10%-20%. Contact us if you have questions on shipping or restocking fees for a specific product.
