Shipping estimates for most products can be found on each product page. Shipping for most products will be between $5 and $9.50 and will increase by a few dollars depending upon quantity and weight. Shipping for Crystal Singing Bowls starts at $15 and increases depending upon the size and quantity of the bowls selected. You'll see the final shipping cost on Step 3 of 3 during checkout. How we ship
Products are shipped Federal Express or UPS Ground and usually take up to 5-6 days for delivery. Please allow a few extra days for shipping crystal bowls so that they can be properly packed. All crystal singing bowls are insured, you are not responsible for crystal singing bowls broken in transit.
Where's my stuff
When your order ships we will email you a confirmation and tracking number so that you can follow your order online. Alternatively, you can watch grass grow or paint dry.

Our manufacturers determine the policy for returns
Crystal Bowls, Crystal Tuning Forks and Carrying Cases Exchanges only within 30 days of delivery. The product must be in original condition.
Tuning Forks
Refund within 15 days of delivery. After 15 days, exchanges only will be accepted. The product must be in original condition.
Wind Chimes
Return and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. The product and packaging must be in original condition.
CDs, Books & DVDs
You may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Exchanges only on damaged or defective items within 30 days of delivery.
Holosync
Holosync offers a money back guarantee.
Pen Lights, Essential Oils, Biopulsar
Penlights and essential oil can be returned for a refund with 2 weeks of receipt. The Biopulsar can be exchanged if defective within 30 days of receipt.

Exchange or refund on unopened products only.
Omnivos does not refund shipping charges, nor can we accept returns or exchanges on special orders. In some cases, additional shipping charges may apply for exchanges. In case you were wondering
Omnivos is pronounced as if there was an "e" at the end, Omnivose. We chose not to use the "e" to keep in line with the Latin spelling and pronunciation. Omni translates to All or Universal and Vos means You so Omnivos means Universal You.
